When Victor called, I was on my way to court and still took the time to listen carefully to the details of his case so I could properly evaluate his situation. After reviewing what he told me, I explained the legal strategy I would pursue — including filing a Motion to Suppress and a Motion to Dismiss where appropriate. I also made clear that if those motions were denied, the fee included preparing for and conducting a jury trial. A strong criminal defense requires time, preparation, legal research, courtroom experience, and a willingness to take a case to trial if necessary. My fee reflects the level of work and commitment involved in fully litigating a case — not simply negotiating a quick plea. I have spoken at national conferences on how to try a case due to my abilities and winning record. Every client has the right to choose the lawyer that fits their needs and budget. For those who are serious about fighting their charges and want an attorney prepared and willing to fight the prosecutor and police at every stage — including a jury trial — I am ready to do exactly that. Called at 1035 man started yelling at me while I was crying for help. Won’t be calling back.<br><br>Edit from response he was yelling like an angry father. He was talking down to me. I wasn’t ruled against. This man didn’t even try to listen just kept bellowing over me and cutting me off.

In order to understand their problem, I asked questions so I could explain her options and why the judge ruled against her in court. Unfortunately, without your responses, I wasn’t able to fully understand or address the problems and explain how to fix the issue. My mom called for me, he screamed and yelled at her. He kept interrupting her and told her "Do you feel the need to tell me something that make this more accurate"<br><br>10/10 do not recommend!<br><br>All information that was needed to see if this attorney would take the case was provided. There was nothing that was not said on our end.

This will be surprising, but I am really glad this person left his review. It's important to know what really happened and that when you call a lawyer for advice, or in this case to answer "1 question", that there is information that a lawyer needs from the caller to give the correct answer or advice. I never yelled at her on the phone. I asked her for additional information, but she refused to answer the question and give me the answer. I explained to her why I needed the information, but she refused to answer. Without that information, I cannot answer the question. The reason people call an attorney is because of our experience , training, and education. Based on that, we need to know certain facts. If you call and refuse to give the necessary information, you’re going to get bad or the wrong advice. These questions are usually very simple “yes or no” questions. If you refuse to answer, I cannot give you advice. I know most people don’t want to answer these questions because they feel it hurts their case, but the facts are not going to go away and you have to know how the attorney is going to deal with the actual facts to get the result you want. This caller was the type of case that I do not take. I nicely explained why I needed the information and she obviously took it the wrong way. Once I finally got her to answer the questions I had for her, I told her exactly how to address her issue and gave her the phone number to do so. Hopefully, this helps anyone calling for help whether for an attorney or any other issue, the person you call whether a plumber or AC repair needs the information to get you the help you need. The question may not seem important to you, but it makes all the difference in the world to the help you need.

He helped me solve a very complicated matter. I had just got my license back from another state that had suspended me for habitual offender and because one of my offenses had happened in Florida then Florida suspended me for the same thing. basically I had to pay twice for the same offense. He constantly stood in communication with me and responded to all my reaching out to him even through his busy schedule. We need to understand that we as a individual are not his only client and that things take time especially after the pandemic where most areas are understaffed. I'm getting my license back when the state in my mind took it away unfairly although I understand why the state of Florida has the laws it has. This lawyer knows his stuff and his advice is well worth listening to. He also made sure that I was able to solve other problems I had before offering his services and charging me. He gave me thorough information before taking my case also. Very good lawyer and I highly recommend. Other reviews here seem to me as people who where just impatient or just simply didn't want to follow his advice and I'm glad I didn't let those reviews deter me away from him. He gets the job done! I was very lucky to fine such a great attorney for my son. I called Atty Grajek to help fight for my son’s right to be notified of some pending charges. He not only found what my son was being charged with, he quickly moved to get the case to a resolution with better than expected results. Competent but not great at explaining things. Could it have gone better with a different lawyer? I really don't know. I think it would have turned out about the same if I just pled guilty and went to jail for 5 or 10 years. Innocent or guilty.. It is all the same in the eyes of the "justice" system.

Mr. Meadows got a fantastic result in his case. Mr. Meadows was charged with very serious crimes. Immediately after being retained, I went and spoke to the prosecutor in-person to try and get his charges dismissed. The prosecutor felt charges should be filed, but I was still able to get a great result for Mr. Meadows. This case was resolved a year ago. It’s disappointing when you work so hard on a case, get a great result for them, go out of your way to explain the case to your client, and a year later they write a review such as this one. I explained to Mr. Meadows at numerous meetings at my offices the good and bad facts of his case. I explained the consequences of going to trial or accepting a plea. I always explain legal matters in the simplest terms so clients understand the risk/reward of going to trial or taking a plea. I also explain how a plea or guilty verdict affects their future and background checks. No matter how many times I explain it, some people do not understand or feel that their charges should be dropped because they have seen news stories where other people’s cases were dropped. The client decides whether to plea or go to trial. That decision is based on the video in their case, the testimony of the officers, police reports, and my client’s version of what happened. There is no diversion for this type of case in Polk County. Mr. Meadows made the decision whether to go to trial and risk jail, prison, or a conviction, or take a fantastic plea offer. It was an fully informed decision by Mr. Meadows.
