I contacted Tom by phone and met with him in person for a consultation. He has been nothing but respectful, patient, and caring. He has gone above and beyond to assist me and help calm my concerns. Tom answered every call I made and even returned my calls as promised—something I did not experience with other attorneys. Also, he did not charge me for the consultation, despite my insistence on paying. This demonstrates that he genuinely cares and treats each client as a unique individual, not just another case.

Competent but not great at explaining things. Could it have gone better with a different lawyer? I really don't know. I think it would have turned out about the same if I just pled guilty and went to jail for 5 or 10 years. Innocent or guilty.. It is all the same in the eyes of the "justice" system.
