My mom called for me, he screamed and yelled at her. He kept interrupting her and told her "Do you feel the need to tell me something that make this more accurate"

This will be surprising, but I am really glad this person left his review. It's important to know what really happened and that when you call a lawyer for advice, or in this case to answer "1 question", that there is information that a lawyer needs from the caller to give the correct answer or advice.
I never yelled at her on the phone. I asked her for additional information, but she refused to answer the question and give me the answer. I explained to her why I needed the information, but she refused to answer. Without that information, I cannot answer the question.
The reason people call an attorney is because of our experience , training, and education. Based on that, we need to know certain facts. If you call and refuse to give the necessary information, you’re going to get bad or the wrong advice. These questions are usually very simple “yes or no” questions. If you refuse to answer, I cannot give you advice. I know most people don’t want to answer these questions because they feel it hurts their case, but the facts are not going to go away and you have to know how the attorney is going to deal with the actual facts to get the result you want.
This caller was the type of case that I do not take. I nicely explained why I needed the information and she obviously took it the wrong way. Once I finally got her to answer the questions I had for her, I told her exactly how to address her issue and gave her the phone number to do so.
Hopefully, this helps anyone calling for help whether for an attorney or any other issue, the person you call whether a plumber or AC repair needs the information to get you the help you need. The question may not seem important to you, but it makes all the difference in the world to the help you need.
