Called at 1035 man started yelling at me while I was crying for help. Won’t be calling back. Edit from response he was yelling like an angry father. He was talking down to me. I wasn’t ruled against. This man didn’t even try to listen just kept bellowing over me and cutting me off.

I reached out to Thomas Grajek attempting to clear up issues relating to old tickets that escalated into loss of license for a relative. He was fast and helpful and got information that there was a simple resolution without further legal action. He could have charged us and got us looped into a contract but instead provided us the information for free and seemed genuinely happy to provide it. If the need arises, I will go back to him for help as he is seems to be the honest exception in his field.

I called Mr Grajek about a charge I was facing late in the day and he called me back promptly and discussed my case and was very reasonable with his fee! Although my family ended up going with someone else for my case I do appreciate the time Mr Grajek took to call me back! Keep up the good work Mr Grajek :)
