Extremely bad choice even for a consultation. I went to his office that has only one parking spot and he is surrounded my other law firms. I went inside and his office which is in shambles and most of the lights were off. Once I told him I was going to enter a not guilty plee he LOST IT. Very rude and tries to be combative. All he wanted to do was get $5000 to enter plee deal for me. Wow he even did the used car salesman routine on me and reminded me of one. He makes his money from doing no work and just plee deals which the prosecutor does. Oh by the way my public defender had the charges dropped this week. Do not go here for a positive outcome!

This person was never a client. This person is using an alias and not their real name. That way you cannot look up their case on the clerk’s website and see what they were charged with or their prior record. Today, I posted pictures of my office to show what my office looks like. Everyone tells me my office looks amazing. You can judge his opinion/review on that fact alone. There is plenty of parking spots in the front and back of the office. There is also parking on the street. He must have me confused with another attorney and their office. I am not afraid to try any case and I am constantly litigating and trying cases. Again, this person is not being honest with you. My reputation at the courthouse is a fighter who goes above and beyond for my clients. The public defender did not get his charges dropped. Because he did not use his real name, my guess is that the prosecutor had a problem with his case and decided not to file charges. For example, a domestic violence case that was dropped because the alleged victim refused to cooperate with the prosecutor. The public defender would not have been involved at all. I also cannot tell you if the fee he said was quoted is accurate because he is using an alias. I don’t know what his charges were or any priors he may have which would explain the fee. He appears to be upset because I would not take his case for a fee he could afford. Many people get mad for some reason when the fee is higher than they expect, and feel entitled to have an attorney represent them for free. I am happy that his charges were dropped, but why he would leave a bad review when he was not a client and has no basis for the review. Compare his description of my office with the photos and judge for yourself.

Mr. Grajek is the most elite, educated, confident, optimistic, and savvy attorney that I have encountered thus far. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Grajek represent/defend me in a quite challenging/peculiar DUI trial case in which he showcased his expertise. I fell asleep at a McDonald's drive-through window in my vehicle, in which I was wrongfully perceived as under the influence of alcohol when, in fact, I had succumbed to immense sleep deprivation due to the nature of my nightlife job. I had a few bottles of alcohol in the vehicle that were gifted to me by my boss from a bartending gig earlier that day. The officers assumed that I was intoxicated when they saw the bottles in my vehicle and assumed I was drunk when I was genuinely exhausted. Grajek proved my innocence in a county (Polk) despite its very high DUI conviction rate. He reviewed my case and immediately saw potential, whereas two previous attorneys flat out informed me I would be wasting my time and efforts. One of them even said it was pointless to take it to trial, leaving me hopeless and defeated. I wanted someone to see my perspective, to listen to my story, and give me a fair fighting chance to be heard. Grajek made it happen. Throughout the case, he was always responsive via text/call, provided accurate advice, and offered encouraging words. The verdict of my DUI case was "not guilty," and the outcome for the other case he is currently representing me in (driving knowingly on a suspended license) is also very promising. I advise that his pricing may be higher than others (you get what you pay for, lol), but I assure you it is worth every red cent, especially if you want an experienced attorney who knows what the hell he is doing, is very responsive in communication, optimistic, and will actually fight for your freedom instead of just taking your money and leaving you for the wolves to feast on, like so many others in this city/county/state. Highly recommend!
